Why me?
I've helped launch and grow subscription businesses, including Hulu, Crunchyroll, and HBO Max. Along the way, we picked up best practices and data-driven growth tactics for subscription products. We also experienced plenty of painful mistakes and learned a lot of lessons the hard way. We want to apply these learnings and tactics to help newsletter operators grow their businesses.
